Dealer Customer Journey
We had to develop a way to show the car buying process of a typical Toyota customer and all the steps they go through to find the car they want. The journey's first part shows a buyer checking out or considering several vehicles. As they move down the road, they hopefully choose to buy a Toyota. Once they purchase a Toyota, the goal is to keep them coming back as their needs and life experiences change. This ultimately leads them to stay within the Toyota brand and keep going back to the same dealership. The marketing, dealership experience, quality, and incentives determine the motivation to stay within that circle.




Toyota Tundra and Charlie Blackmon
The Toyota Denver Dealers Assn. wanted to do something with Charlie Blackmon and the Toyota Tundra. We had an half hour with him prior to game time and this is what we came up with.

Toyota has a partnership with the NHL’s Vegas Knights. In 2017 The Vegas Knights were the first professional sports team to start in Las Vegas. With Max Pacioretty and the Southwest backdrop, we created an exciting spot to highlight both teams and their toughness.
